When a return is approved under this policy, eligible merchandise may qualify for an exchange or store credit only.

Once a special order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, finishes, colors, quantities, electrical requirements, and all other specifications before approving an order.
Customers and installers must inspect all merchandise before installation.
Please verify the model, dimensions, finish, color, quantity, components, glass, electrical specifications, and condition of the product.
Do not install a product that appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Contact Ekilibrio promptly before installation.
The no-monetary-refund policy applies to discretionary customer returns and does not eliminate any remedy that Ekilibrio is required to provide under applicable law.
If merchandise is received damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Ekilibrio promptly and retain the product and all original packaging.
Photographs and other reasonable documentation may be required to evaluate the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, manufacturer warranty, and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another remedy required by law.
Shipping, delivery, installation, removal, electrician, contractor, equipment rental, and other service charges are non-refundable on discretionary returns once those services have been performed, except where otherwise required by law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under Puerto Rico or applicable federal law.
