By purchasing products from Ekilibrio LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the customer's responsibility to review and verify all product information before completing a purchase.

The customer is responsible for confirming:

• Product dimensions, measurements, finish, color, quantity, and specifications.
• That the selected fixture is appropriate for the intended location and application.
• Ceiling height, mounting conditions, available space, and required clearances.
• Electrical requirements, including voltage, wattage, wiring, dimming compatibility, and electrical-box requirements.
• That the ceiling, wall, junction box, mounting surface, and supporting structure are suitable for the size and weight of the selected fixture.
• Compatibility of bulbs, LED components, transformers, drivers, dimmers, controls, and other accessories.
• Any permits, building requirements, electrical codes, or professional services required for installation.

Professional Installation

Lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified and properly licensed professional when required by applicable law and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical and building requirements.

Ekilibrio LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, additional labor costs, installation expenses, modifications, repairs, or other losses resulting from improper installation, incorrect measurements, unsuitable mounting conditions, customer-selected products that are incompatible with the intended application, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Measurements & Product Selection

Customers should verify all measurements before ordering and before installation.

Ekilibrio representatives may provide product information and general recommendations as a courtesy; however, unless Ekilibrio has expressly agreed in writing to provide professional design, engineering, architectural, or installation services, such assistance does not replace verification by the customer, contractor, electrician, architect, engineer, or other appropriate professional.

Product Appearance

Colors, finishes, textures, and materials may vary slightly from photographs or digital images because of screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing variations, and natural characteristics of materials.

Inspection Before Installation

Customers and/or their installers should inspect all merchandise before installation.

A product should not be installed if it appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered. The customer should contact Ekilibrio promptly before proceeding with installation.

Installation, alteration, or modification of merchandise may affect eligibility for a discretionary return or exchange, subject to Ekilibrio's Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Heavy & Oversized Fixtures

For chandeliers, pendants, oversized fixtures, and other heavy lighting products, the customer is responsible for having the installation location evaluated by an appropriately qualified professional to determine whether additional structural support, mounting hardware, equipment, or specialized installation procedures are required.

Special & Custom Orders

For special-order, made-to-order, or customized merchandise, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before the order is submitted or placed into production.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Customer Responsibility Disclaimer is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Puerto Rico or federal law.
